I took this photo a few weeks ago, of the reflection in a window covered with jack frost.
Inspired by its beauty, I decided to carve some jack frost stamps for the painting I am working on.
They add an interesting wintery texture to the background.
The painting itself is based on this snow covered apple tree that I saw on one of my walks.... still working on the background, but eager to see how it turns out!
